The implant feature is the presence of a hole for the spermatic cord, made of non-shrinking REPEREN material. The mesh perimeter is edged with hydrophobic acrylic to prevent the mesh from unraveling when fixed.

Surgical mesh is an endoprosthesis designed for the abdominal wall recovery after surgery hernia excision. It is used to strengthen the anterior abdomen wall.
