Characteristics

ORC (oxidized regenerated cellulose) is a sterile, resorbable, biocompatible hemostatic absorbable agent. ORC is designed to help control capillary, venous, and small arterial bleeding. Due to the low pH level, which provides an acidic environment for 24 hours It has a pronounced antibacterial activity, contributes to biochemical processes acceleration, helps in the healing process and minimizes blood loss and complications.

Polysaccharides – a sterile absorbable product, derived from plant polysaccharides (for example, unoxidized cellulose, starch, agar derivatives), intended for application on wounds, arisen as a result of a surgical operation (for example, open surgery, laparoscopy, dental surgery) to facilitate local hemostasis, they can be applied in combination with additional substances (for example, with vitamin K-dependent blood coagulation factors). The product is available in various forms (e.g., liquid, spray, foam, fine particles, foam pad/sponge, bandage, gauze) that are applied directly to the wound and remain there until the product is completely absorbed by the body; The product does not contain an antibacterial agent. This is a disposable product.
